MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny Rail Compact Adapter (Canting): This adapter was developed in conjunction with the military to be a compact, no-frills solution. It uses a finger tightening knob that secures it nicely to the rail. This feature makes it one of the easiest adapters to install and remove. Does not have sling loop. All-steel construction.

Excellent Picatinny Mount
I have one of these on each of my rifles. I have never had a problem with any of them. Strong and light weight, they can take a beating.
