After installing the 150-103 adapter on my Mini-14 this bipod is slicker than snail snot and works very well at the range. It's a bit heavy for carrying too far but the quality of workmanship is worth the heft.
So far , I have not used this tri-pod yet but if is made very well. It snapped right in place, everything works and there were no defects at all or discrepancies. It appears to be top-notch. I have all ready recommended it to my friends. Can't wait to field test it !
The 50 Series locking swivel bipod is a very nice upgrade from my original Versa-Pod Model 1. The spring loaded extension legs are a convenient feature that the Model 1 did not have and the quality is just as good as ever.
